help when in church

i need help when ur in the church fighting the alien beast. i can get him onto the ground but once hes on the ground i keep troughing the Glaive through the fire and then to the alien with out any effect. how do i kill him:confused:

You're talking about fighting Colossus in the church. You've done good to get him on the ground and start setting him on fire. What you need to do now is while he is on fire, unload some ammo into him. It's best to aim for his head. If you have the shotgun, that works even faster. Once you unload enough bullets, and only while he is on fire, he'll fall to the ground with his buttocks in the air, and then you'll get the shield ability.

Please remember to only fire your guns upon him while he is on fire, for that will be the only time that he is weak to your shots. It does take awhile depending on your gun, but if you have enough ammo and patience, you'll be able to get him.

Also remember to keep your distance from him, and good to keep the fire between you and the Colossus while he chucks boulders at you, keeping the fire ready to charge your glaive when he starts to emit his toxic vapor.
