E3 2009

[Magnum]

So what do we think of all the news from E3 this year?

I only caught the MS conference as that's the only system I have that I'm really interested in. They had a lot of cool ideas come out. Now if they pull them all off without too many issues, I think gaming possibilities just went up exponentially.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, one of the important pieces of info I think you need to look into more is Project NATAL. Other than that, the integration of Facebook into the 360 dashboard, as well as Twitter(I really don't get the draw to that).

and a few other cool dashboard additions.

Thoughts? Disappointments? Overjoyed reactions?

Over all i am dissappointed with no major news for new IP's to be introduced. I don't count Natal since I view that as software.

Now on the other had I wish I could have seen Sony's more. Just think with FF 14 exclusive and then MGS going both ways now. Just think more companies are going to stop being exclusives only. Then again Rockstar got me with the whole AGENT for PS3 Exclusive.

I heard about FF14 being announced. Besides the fact they said it's only for PS3(for now), I don't understand why they'd announce it before releasing FF13. Makes very little sense to announce another game in the series when the previous one isn't even out yet.
