Where can I buy this in the PC version?

Is there a web store I can buy the Russian PC version in Euro Dollars using my Pay Pal account.I wish they would sell a US version but I'll settle for the Russian version since they say you can change the voices to English.

Tried E-bay world wide search got no results for the pc version.I don't know the web addresses of any Euro sites.

I got it from Direct2Drive (http://www.direct2drive.com/7836/product/Buy-Dark-Sector-Download) (a lot cheaper than Steam for anyone outside the USA).
